Terms and Conditions for The Sign Shed Competition, Win A 6k Wrap

1. Organiser Details

This competition is organised by The Sign Shed, located just outside Pukekohe. For inquiries or complaints, please contact us via contact@thesignshed.com.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Only individuals who complete the online form (including email, name, company name, and vehicle type) are eligible to participate.

  • One entry per person is allowed.

  • The entrant must own or have authorisation for the nominated vehicle.

  • The competition is open to residents of New Zealand over the age of 18.

  • The winner must be able to travel to The Sign Shed’s location to claim the prize.

  • The selected vehicle must be in good working condition, free from rust or damage.

3. Entry Method

  • Participants must enter by completing the online competition form.

  • The competition closes at midnight on March 15, 2025. Entries submitted after this date will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

  • The winner will receive a custom vehicle wrap valued up to $6,000 NZD.

  • Additional upgrades or costs exceeding the prize value will be communicated to the winner prior to installation and charged separately.

  • Only one vehicle is eligible for the prize.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

  • By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their data (including email, name, company name, and vehicle type) by The Sign Shed.

  • Data will be used for administering the competition, contacting the winner, and for marketing purposes such as newsletters and promotional offers.

  • The organiser will take appropriate measures to protect the data and prevent unauthorized access.

  • Collected data will not be shared or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected and notified within five (5) business days after the competition closes.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided on the entry form.

  • If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Redemption

  • The winner must arrange travel to The Sign Shed’s location to have the vehicle wrap installed.

  • The prize must be redeemed within three (6) months of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Vehicle Conditions

  • The prize is applicable to only one (1) vehicle chosen by the winner.

  • The vehicle must be in good working condition and free from rust or damage to be eligible for the wrap.

  • The Sign Shed reserves the right to assess and approve the vehicle for wrap suitability before beginning the service.

9. General Terms

  • This competition is subject to New Zealand laws, including consumer protection and competition regulations.

  • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any third-party platforms.

  • The organiser assumes no liability for technical issues that may affect entry submissions, including, but not limited to, lost, late, or corrupted entries.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • The Sign Shed is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to participation in the competition or the subsequent use of the prize.

  • The entrant assumes all responsibility for ensuring their vehicle is mechanically sound and suitable for the installation of the wrap.
